Affiliate program terms

The program lets a Mileo member recommend the site with a personal link or code, and earn a commission on the trips paid for by the people they invited. The program is run by BEBEW AGENCY LLC; in these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BEBEW AGENCY LLC, and “you” means the affiliate.

It is open to members aged 18 or over, individuals or businesses, who accept these terms from the Affiliate page of their account. These terms apply in addition to the Terms of use.

You act as an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, partner or representative of BEBEW AGENCY LLC, you cannot make commitments on our behalf, and you do not sell any travel. You bear your own costs.

You are solely responsible for your own taxes and social contributions in your country, including declaring the commissions you receive. Before paying commissions, we may request the tax form required by U.S. law (Form W-9 if you are a U.S. person, Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E if you are not) and hold payouts until we receive it. We may report the commissions we pay, or withhold tax on them, where the law requires it.

• Your personal link opens the site with your code. Your code can also be entered at sign-up. You can add a source tag to your link (for example ?source=instagram) to see in your statistics which channel brings sign-ups and bookings.
• Your code is remembered from one visit to the next only if the invited person agrees to it (a cookie kept for 30 days). Without that consent, the invitation counts only if your code is entered when the person signs up.
• A person is linked to one affiliate only, once, when they sign up. You cannot refer yourself.
• Mileo may also give you a promo code: a booking paid with that code is credited to you, even if the person was invited by another affiliate. You may not use it for your own trips.

• Rate: 3% of the amount paid by the invited person, taxes included, rounded down to the cent, unless we agree on a different rate with you in writing.
• Bookings that count: those paid within 365 days after the invited person signed up, and those paid with a promo code given to you.
• A commission is “pending” when the booking is paid, “validated” the day after the trip ends, and “cancelled” if the booking is cancelled or refunded.
• Payouts: on request from your account, once your validated balance reaches €50, by bank transfer to an account in your name, or in crypto-assets to a wallet address you control, on the network you choose in your account (Bitcoin, Ethereum ERC-20, Tron TRC-20 or Solana). We make the payout within 30 days of your request. Payouts are calculated in euros; a crypto payout is converted at the rate of the day it is sent, and the network fees and any fees your bank charges to receive or convert a transfer are yours. A crypto payout sent to the address and network you gave is final: check them carefully. If you changed your payout details shortly before a request, we may first confirm them with you.
• A commission paid by mistake (fraud, or a booking refunded after the payout) may be deducted from your later commissions.

• Present our prices as a comparison with the “observed public fare” for the same flights, with the date it was observed. Never present the public fare as a former price, and never use crossed-out prices or words such as “sale”, “was price” or “instead of”.
• Do not make claims we cannot prove, such as “the cheapest”, “up to 40% off” or “best price guaranteed”.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship with us clearly and conspicuously, next to each recommendation, for example “#ad”, “Paid partnership” or “I earn a commission if you book through my link”. This is required by the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States (16 CFR Part 255) and by the consumer and advertising law of your country, and you must also follow the rules of the platforms you use.
• Your recommendations must reflect your honest opinion. Do not post fake reviews or testimonials, or pose as an ordinary customer.
• Do not send unsolicited messages: no e-mails, text messages, direct messages or calls to people who have not agreed to receive them. Follow the anti-spam laws that apply, such as the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in the United States, and those of the recipient’s country.
• Do not buy search-engine ads on the Mileo brand, and do not create a site, domain name or social media account that imitates ours. Do not present yourself as Mileo or make promises on our behalf (prices, refunds, availability).

You receive no personal data about the people you invite: only statistics (sign-ups, bookings, commissions, sources). Each of us is responsible for its own processing of personal data. See the Privacy policy.

You may use the Mileo name to recommend the site, without changing the name or the logo. This permission is personal, gives you no other right in the brand, and ends when you leave the program.

You can leave the program at any time by writing to your concierge (contact@example.com). BEBEW AGENCY LLC may suspend or close an affiliate account that breaches these terms. Commissions validated before the closure remain due, except in case of fraud; a commission earned through a breach of these terms may be cancelled.

We do not promise any level of earnings. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you under the program is limited to the commissions due to you. This limit does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud, or to any liability the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms may change: we tell you by e-mail or in your account before a change applies. The version that applies to a commission is the one in force on the date of the booking concerned.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@example.com or by post to our registered office. We acknowledge every complaint within 7 days and answer it in writing within 30 days.
