Accessibility

BEBEW AGENCY LLC wants everyone to be able to search for a flight, book it and reach their concierge, including with a keyboard only, with a screen reader, with strong magnification or in dark mode.

Our target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

The site has not yet been audited against these guidelines by an independent expert. Until it is, we do not claim that it conforms to them, and we hold no accessibility certification.

This statement follows the spirit of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882): it says what works, what does not yet, and how to reach us. It is not a declaration of conformity. It describes the site as we know it on the date shown at the top, and we update it when the site changes.

• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page, and full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
• Labeled form fields, and an error summary that links to each field to correct.
• Text contrast checked in both the light and the dark theme, and fewer animations when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Prices, times and distances always given as text, also when a map or a chart illustrates them.

• The map on the home page illustrates the route you chose; the useful information (cities, distance) is also given as text.
• The payment pages and fields of Stripe and CoinGate are run by those providers, and their accessibility is outside our control.
• Airline logos come from third-party services; the airline’s name is always written next to them.

Tell us which page you were on and the problem you ran into: we will reply and work to fix it.

If you reported an accessibility problem that keeps you from using some content or a service, and our answer does not satisfy you, write to us again at contact@example.com and ask for your report to be reviewed by the person responsible for the website.
