Informações legais
Este documento está redigido em inglês, seu idioma de referência.
These terms apply to the flight bookings made on this site with BEBEW AGENCY LLC, under the Mileo brand. You accept them with each order, and the version that applies is the one in force on the day of your order.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Mileo” mean BEBEW AGENCY LLC, and “you” means the person who places the order.
These terms govern the booking of air transport only (“flight-only” bookings) through BEBEW AGENCY LLC, and the concierge services that come with it: seat selection, extra baggage, and special requests passed on to the airline.
We do not sell package travel. A booking with us covers flights only, never accommodation or other travel services combined with them.
The Hotels offer announced on the site is not open yet. Joining its waiting list is free and is not a booking; if the offer opens, it will have its own terms.
Mileo is a brand of BEBEW AGENCY LLC.
BEBEW AGENCY LLC acts as an intermediary: we arrange air transport for you with the airlines and have the tickets issued in the travelers’ names. We are not an airline and do not operate any flight. Each airline remains the carrier for the flights it operates.
The contract of carriage is between each traveler and the airline. The airline’s conditions of carriage and the rules of the fare chosen (baggage, changes, cancellation, no-show) apply to the trip. The fare rules are shown on the summary before you order. When some of them are not known yet, the summary says so, and your concierge confirms them before the tickets are issued (see “Ticket issuance and confirmation”).
The price you pay is the Mileo price shown before your order. It covers the tickets and our service, and it may differ from the amount we pay to obtain the tickets.
You book from a free member account, which you can create during your order without losing the flight you chose.
The rules for using your account are set out in the Terms of use.
Prices are shown in euros and include all taxes and mandatory charges, for all the travelers in your search. BEBEW AGENCY LLC adds no service fee and no payment fee to the price shown. The only extra cost is the network fee of a crypto-asset payment, which the blockchain charges, not BEBEW AGENCY LLC (see “Paying with crypto-assets”).
A price is valid as long as the offer shown is valid, that is 120 minutes after the search; after that, we offer you a new search. On the summary, the total is locked for 20 minutes while you pay. You can come back to an unpaid selection for up to 24 hours, but its price can only be locked while the offer is still valid.
If the airline changes the fare before the tickets are issued, your concierge tells you and offers a solution. We never charge more than the amount you accepted.
Paid options are added only with your express consent; none is preselected.
Next to your price, the site may show an “observed public price”: the lowest price we found at the same time, for the same flights, from other sellers. It is not a former price of Mileo. The method is described on the page How we compare prices.
This comparison appears only on the pages of the site, never on invoices or tickets.
When no online payment method is available, the summary offers to send a booking request instead. Nothing is charged: your concierge checks the fare with the airline and tells you how to pay.
We keep the summary you accepted and the version of these terms in force at the time. For an order of €120 or more, the record of the contract is archived for 10 years, and you can access it on request.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a payment service provider. Your card details never pass through our servers. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with strong authentication (3-D Secure). No fee is added for paying by card.
The amount is authorized on your card when you order, then charged when the tickets are issued. If the tickets cannot be issued, the authorization is canceled and nothing is charged.
If your card is in another currency, your bank may charge currency conversion fees. These fees are set by your bank, not by us.
Crypto-asset payments are processed by CoinGate (UAB Decentralized, Lithuania), a crypto-asset service provider authorized by the Bank of Lithuania under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA). The price of your order stays set in euros, all taxes included: the crypto-asset is accepted as payment of that amount.
After payment, your concierge has the tickets issued by the airline and sends you the airline’s booking reference and the ticket numbers. Tickets are usually issued within 2 hours of payment. This is an estimate, not a deadline: it can take longer, for example outside the concierge’s working hours or when the airline has to confirm the fare.
If some fare conditions (baggage, changes, cancellation) could not be shown to you before the order, your concierge confirms them before issuing the tickets. If they do not suit you, you can cancel the order free of charge, and the amount paid is refunded in full.
If the fare is no longer available when the tickets are issued, your concierge offers you an alternative. If you decline it, the amount paid is refunded in full.
Depending on availability, your concierge may obtain a ticket as an award ticket, which the airline issues against airline miles rather than a cash fare. You fly on the same flights and in the same cabin, the conditions shown on the summary still apply to your booking, and any refund is calculated in euros. If the airline’s own conditions for the award ticket (baggage, changes, cancellation) are stricter, your concierge tells you before issuing it, and you can cancel the order free of charge, with a full refund.
Enter each traveler’s first and last names exactly as they appear on the passport or identity card used for the trip, and check them on the summary.
Once the tickets are issued, a correction may be impossible, or the airline may charge for it under its rules. Your concierge tells you whether a correction is possible and what it costs before making it, and nothing is changed without your agreement. If a correction is impossible, a new ticket may be needed.
Each traveler must hold the documents required for their trip: a valid passport or identity card, a visa or an electronic travel authorization (for example an ESTA for the United States, an eTA for Canada or an ETA for the United Kingdom), and any health documents. A minor traveling without their parents may need a parental consent letter or another authorization, depending on the countries concerned.
Check the rules for your destination with its embassy or consulate, or on the U.S. Department of State travel advisories (nova guia).
An airline or a border authority may refuse boarding or entry to a traveler who does not have the required documents. In that case, the fare rules apply to any refund.
You can ask for assistance (reduced mobility, accompaniment) or a special meal when you order or through your concierge. A request received at least 48 hours before departure is passed on to the airline and the airports concerned at least 36 hours before departure (Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006).
A change or cancellation follows the fare rules shown on the summary or confirmed by your concierge before the tickets were issued: fees, refundable amount, no-show. To change or cancel a booking, write to your concierge.
Before any change or cancellation, your concierge tells you what the airline charges and what you will get back, and nothing is done without your agreement. We charge no handling fee of our own unless its amount is shown to you and you accept it before the change or cancellation is made.
Any amount refundable under these rules is refunded to you without delay, once the airline has refunded the ticket.
Flight tickets for specific dates carry no right of withdrawal. For consumers in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 3(3)(k)), and UK consumer law contains the same exclusion. Once your order is placed, you can change or cancel it only under the fare rules (see “Changes and cancellations by you”).
If a hotel offer opens, accommodation booked for specific dates will not carry a right of withdrawal either (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(l)).
If you do not use your ticket, the taxes and charges shown separately on it that are due only when the traveler actually boards (such as airport passenger charges) are refunded to you on request, no later than 30 days after your request.
You can make the request from your member account or by email to contact@example.com, once the flight has left without you or the ticket has been canceled. The request is free of charge.
Your rights to a refund, rerouting, care and compensation are owed by the airline operating the flight, under its conditions of carriage and the law that applies to the flight, such as Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 in the European Union, its UK equivalent, or the rules of the U.S. Department of Transportation. Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 also applies to tickets issued under an airline’s frequent flyer program.
Your concierge keeps you informed, helps you claim these rights, and passes on to you without delay any refund received from the airline. When the airline refunds an award ticket in miles, we refund you the amount you paid for the flights concerned. When the rules require us, as the seller of your ticket, to make the refund ourselves, we do so within the time they set. A voucher is offered to you only with your agreement.
These rights are explained on the Passenger rights page.
On most international journeys, the airline’s liability for travelers and their baggage is governed by the Montreal Convention and, for European Union airlines, by Regulation (EC) No 2027/97. For damaged baggage, send your written claim to the airline within 7 days of receiving it; for delayed baggage, within 21 days of the day it was delivered to you.
The airline operating each flight is shown before you order, and any change we learn about is passed on to you as soon as possible (Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005). Airlines banned or restricted in the European Union are listed on the EU Air Safety List (nova guia).
BEBEW AGENCY LLC is responsible for performing its own obligations properly: an accurate booking, passing on your information and requests, having the tickets issued, and refunding the sums due to you.
We are not responsible for the performance of the flights, which is the airline’s responsibility, nor for the consequences of inaccurate information you give us, of missing travel documents, or of events beyond our reasonable control. In those cases, we still refund any amount we owe you.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.
Because we do not sell package travel, the money you pay for a flight-only booking is not covered by the insolvency protection that applies to package travel.
If an airline stops operating before your tickets are issued, we refund you in full. Once the tickets are issued, a refund depends on the airline or on the people managing its insolvency. Your concierge helps you with the steps, and for a card payment you can also ask your card issuer whether a chargeback is possible.
No travel insurance is included in the price, and we do not sell any. We recommend that you take out your own cover, for example for cancellation, medical expenses abroad and baggage.
If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@example.com or by post to our registered office. We acknowledge every complaint within 7 days and answer it in writing within 30 days.
This document, and any dispute about it or about our services, is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this choice of law or courts deprives you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers in the European Union may also contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.
For a complaint against an airline or a ticket agent in the United States, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Transportation: transportation.gov/airconsumer (nova guia).
We process travelers’ data to perform your order, as described in our Privacy policy.
The electronic records kept in our systems (the summary you accepted, the version of these terms and its fingerprint, the date and time, the IP address) are evidence of your order and of your acceptance, unless proven otherwise.
This document is written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
The governing law and the competent courts are set out in “Complaints and disputes”. If a clause of these terms is held invalid, the other clauses remain in force.
BEBEW AGENCY LLC may change these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one you accepted with that order; its date is shown at the top of this document.
