BEBEW AGENCY LLC runs Mileo, a flight booking concierge. We search for flights, show our price next to the public fare we observed, and book and issue your airline tickets, acting as an intermediary between you and the airlines. The airline operates the flight and carries you under its own conditions of carriage.
We sell flights only: we do not sell package travel, and we do not combine your flight with accommodation or other travel services.
Bookings are governed by our Terms of sale, and the way we compare prices is explained in How we compare prices.
If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@example.com or by post to our registered office. We acknowledge every complaint within 7 days and answer it in writing within 30 days.
This document, and any dispute about it or about our services, is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
