The rules for using the Mileo website and your member account. You accept them when you create your account.
These terms govern access to the Mileo website and the use of the member account. The site is operated by BEBEW AGENCY LLC (Wyoming limited liability company), whose registered office is at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (see the Legal notice). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BEBEW AGENCY LLC, and “you” means the person using the site.
Flight bookings are governed by the Terms of sale. How we use personal data is explained in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
Searching for flights and browsing the site are free. The site may be interrupted for maintenance or because of an incident; we do what is needed to restore it quickly. We may change or remove features of the site at any time.
Choose a password of at least 10 characters that you do not use anywhere else, and keep it to yourself. A session stays open for 30 days on a device unless you sign out; each visit extends it. Resetting your password signs out every open session.
You can turn on two-step verification on the Security page of your account: an authenticator app gives you a 6-digit code to enter at each sign-in, and 10 single-use backup codes let you in if you lose your phone. Keep the backup codes somewhere safe. Turning two-step verification on or off, or moving it to a new phone, requires your password and is confirmed by e-mail; setting it up signs out your other devices. After 10 wrong codes in a row, sign-in is locked for 15 minutes and we tell you by e-mail.
Your concierge will never ask you for your password or a verification code. If you think someone else is using your account, change your password and tell your concierge at once: contact@example.com.
The affiliate program and the reseller area have their own terms: the Affiliate program terms and the Reseller terms, which you accept when you join. They apply in addition to these terms.
When you use the site, you must not:
The site, its design, its texts, its software and the Mileo brand belong to BEBEW AGENCY LLC or to its licensors. Airline names, logos and flight data belong to their owners.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the site to search for and book trips for yourself and the people you travel with. Any other reproduction or use of the site or its content requires our prior written permission.
What you send us (messages to the concierge, requests, documents and traveler details) remains yours. You allow us to use it to answer you, to prepare and manage your bookings, including passing it to airlines and other providers when a booking requires it, to keep the records the law requires and to defend our rights. The Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
You must have the right to send what you send. Do not send content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading, or another person’s personal data unless you are booking for them or they have agreed. Never send a full card number or a password in a message.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time from the Security page of your account or by writing to your concierge. The data the law requires us to keep (accounting records, proof of contracts) is archived, then deleted at the end of the legal retention periods.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. We tell you first and explain why, except in an emergency (fraud, security or a legal requirement), when we act first and tell you afterwards. A suspension does not cancel a booking already confirmed and paid, which the Terms of sale continue to govern, unless that booking is itself fraudulent.
An account is deleted after 2 years without a sign-in. We send you a reminder by e-mail 30 days before.
The prices and schedules shown come from the airlines and our sources at the time of the search; they are checked again before you book. We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for an interruption of the site caused by maintenance, by a provider or by an event beyond our reasonable control, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site, such as loss of profit, data or opportunity. Our liability for bookings is set by the Terms of sale.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.
When we make an important change to these terms, we tell you by e-mail or with a notice on the site, and we ask you to accept the new version at your next booking, on the booking summary. A change does not affect a booking already made. If you do not accept the new version, you can stop using your account and ask us to close it. The date of the version in force appears at the top of this document.
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a provision at a given time, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@example.com or by post to our registered office. We acknowledge every complaint within 7 days and answer it in writing within 30 days.
This document, and any dispute about it or about our services, is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this choice of law or courts deprives you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers in the European Union may also contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.
For a complaint against an airline or a ticket agent in the United States, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Transportation: transportation.gov/airconsumer (nuova scheda).
